heard last night that i have good credit, and so the application for a new apartment was accepted. new place is in a much better neighborhood, close to griffith park, the hollywood/western train stop, and entrances to the 101. it's all newly redone inside too and is really pretty and modern though homey. much nicer than my current place. i'm gonna really miss being so close to some things - particularly amoeba records, groundworks (where my favorite coffee-maker puts little clover and heart shaped patterns in the foam of my mocha), ice pan, arclight, and the knitting factory, but they'll all be only a train stop or two away.
